Lindsey has continually demonstrated her commitment to high quality care. She has accepted a new role with high demands and is always willing to learn new things. Her follow-through and dedication to providing the best patient outcomes is seen daily. She anchors the unit and makes every day working with her that much better. Danielle was nominated by several of her peers and the management team. She began at Grosvenor Park as a CNA and transitioned to an LPN and is currently working towards her RN. She is kind to the residents and she treats them like family. Danielle does not get involved in any negativity and frequently will redirect staff that are negative which we think is a great quality and Danielle works all floors on all shifts and when the facility has a high volume of admissions she is willing to come down and assist. Danielle does the weekly return to the pharmacy to help return revenue to the facility and mentors new employees. Danielle truly leads by example and is a great addition to our Most Valuable Employee plaque.
Marissa Mears was nominated by several of her peers for being an outstanding lead CNA on the Phillip’s Unit. She assists and mentors new CNA’s, she is always kind and professional, and she notifies nurses and management of changes on the unit. We are lucky to her her and her positive attitude here at Grosvenor Park!
